We accept brokerage listings under the following terms and conditions.
* Acceptance of terms and conditions: These are terms and conditions on which SLPM Ltd trading as Homeads offers you access to our services. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must not use Homeads.
* Amendment of terms and conditions: These terms and conditions may be amended in whole or in part by Homeads from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon being displayed on the Website. You are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions. Your continued use of Homeads constitutes agreement of the amended terms.
* That there are no letting fees or administration fees on any brokerage listings placed on our website.
* That you indemnify us against all and any losses pertaining to statements, actions taken by you or listing content that breaches The Residential Tenancies Act or Human Rights Act or any other National or Regional Government Statute or the collection of our charges.
* That we may edit any comments made by you on a listing for political correctness and system suitability.
* That any brokerage listing placed with our services are genuine and that you have the authority to list them.
* That our cost to list is $287.50 including GST and that this is to be invoiced to you immediately upon a listing be placed or activated. That your email is address is your address for service and that our invoice should be sent to this address and is payable within 7 days of sending. * The user agrees that unpaid accounts will incur a late payment fee and collection costs; the late payment fee will take affect from 30 days after the date on original invoice, the late payment fee is $35 including GST. Collection services will be used at 60 days from the original date of invoice and their charges will be the liability of the user and this may affect the users credit rating;
* As per The Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007: That the provision of your email address is considered an expressed permission to contact you by email on all matters pertaining to the management of your listings and rental property issues at any time. We do however provide an OPT OUT option that you may exercise at any time.
* Privacy: SLPM
Limited, trading as SLPM Ltd and HomeAds ……..., and its related
entities (collectively, SLPM, us, we, our) are committed to
protecting the privacy of your personal information. SLPM Ltd is required to
comply with the Privacy Act 2020 (Privacy
Act) in New Zealand. The purpose of this
privacy statement is also to inform you of your rights in relation to your
personal information. It covers the collection, processing and other use
of personal data under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018. Other
policies may apply instead of or in addition to this Privacy Policy in certain
circumstances. By

and any other website we may establish or operate from time to time), and/or

that information, is dependent on the products and services we provide to you. The
products and services that we provide include real estate services for the
buying, selling, leasing, development and advertising of residential,
commercial and rural properties, providing services in connection with
arranging utility connection, removalists, cleaners, conveyancing, financing
and insurance. Generally,
this personal information may include (but is not limited to) your name,
address, date of birth, telephone number, email address, details of the
products or services you have enquired about, property value, rental amounts,
insurance details, references (in relation to rental arrangements and job
applicants) and photo identification. How
do we collect your personal information? Generally,
we collect your personal information directly from you unless it is
impracticable or unreasonable to do so (for example where you deal with a third
party, rather than us). From time to time, we may collect personal information
about you from third parties (for example, from your representative, from
publicly available sources, from your referees where you apply for a position
with us, when you transact with our franchisees or if you apply to become a
franchisee). If
you provide us with personal information about a third party, you represent,
and we collect it on the basis that, you have that person’s consent for us to
collect and handle their personal information in accordance with this privacy policy. When
collecting your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to provide
you with certain information as required under the Privacy Act, including the
purpose of collection, who we may disclose your personal information to, any
law that requires or authorises us to collect the information and the main

rights and remedies in relation to the personal information remain available,

that we have collected from a third party. We will provide this at no cost,
except in limited circumstances where laws permit us to withhold this

have the right to change the permissions that you have given us in relation to

a complaint You
may lodge a complaint with us if you believe we have handled your personal
information other than in accordance with the Privacy Act. To do so please

quickly as possible, which will typically be within 14 days of receiving your

* That you will disable or notify us of your listing being taken in a timely fashion.
* That we may market your listing under our contact details on or in any other media as are available at no cost or the nominated cost agreed to by you these may include other websites such as Trademe.co.nz, Realestate.co.nz and print media.
* You authorise us to take and upload photos of your listing to assist in marketing of your rental and our services.
* That the use of photos supplied by you is not breaching any copy rights.
* On prospective tenants we introduce, One Credit check per listing is processed
at no charge, any further for the same listing is at the cost of $20 per each
inclusive of GST. *We can provide tenancy document preparation if required. The charge for this
depends on what work is required to complete it but usually no more that
$25-$50 inclusive of GST. *Showing a property is by mutual arrangement as an when
required, and there may be a charge depending on time and travel required.
